Once the local cable outlet is identified, CTV prepares a detailed report, including counties, cities and ZIP Codes served; a listing of the cable networks available for local insertion; the type of system (random access or automated spot insertion) and the current spot planning rates.

At the end of these individual cable system pages is a summary report that tabulates and summarizes critical planning and buying information.

CTV Media captures political rates, which are the lowest unit cost available and which affords greater negotiating clout. Also, we record history of flights from all offices to provide buyers with buying power based on millions of dollars in revenues.

Nielsen PDTs

Nielsen provides cable ratings and VPVH's for cable systems, networks, and programming at the local level. CTV Media extrapolates that information to construct cable proposals using such tools as Strata and the CTV Proposal Report program, based on demo delivery. For multimedia, the Strata reach and frequency program is utilized to optimize schedules.
