CTV matched the locations to cable systems. The total cost for all necessary zones within the interconnect were compared to the interconnect to determine the most cost effective option. In Boston, the cost for 11 zones was less expensive than the interconnect, see cost comparisons below. CTV negotiated campaigns and monitored clearance for all 11 zones. This process was used for 35 DMAs. Some markets resulted in interconnect buys and other in a number of zones.
